Harvesting

Coffee cherries ripen about nine months after flowering, changing from green to deep red.
Only fully ripe red cherries are hand-picked individually to ensure optimal quality and flavor.

Milling & Pulping

Pulping machines remove the outer skin, while the beans briefly rest before the remaining fruit layer is removed.

Drying

Sun dried under controlled conditions to preserve quality Balanced drying prevents defects and deterioration. Final content is maintained at 12 13%.

Machine Sorting

Machine sorting uses destoner, screen grader, density separator, magnetic separator, and color sorter to ensure clean, uniform, high-quality beans.

Roasting Process
